• A spacious deck with BBQ, the perfect place to unwind, dine al fresco and watch the sun set after a day exploring Kangaroo Island.

Discover the Seaview Beach House: a newly built, beautifully designed home that’s all yours. Ideal for groups of up to 8–10, it combines contemporary style with relaxed seaside living and panoramic ocean vistas.

• Four elegantly appointed bedrooms: a luxurious master with a king bed and three comfortable queen bedrooms. (Two-fold-out beds available at an additional cost.)

• Two designer bathrooms — including a master en suite and a second bathroom with a large, beautiful bathtub — plus an additional powder room for extra convenience and privacy.

• A fully equipped kitchen with scullery with coffee machine, perfectly suited to preparing gourmet meals and entertaining.

• Spacious living areas that invite relaxed gatherings and shared downtime.

• An indoor–outdoor room furnished for comfort and flexibility, opening onto the deck with BBQ. This bright space offers panoramic ocean views and can serve as a children’s play area or a private adults’ retreat.

Additional Services: Foldout beds, Porta cot and highchairs are available for hire at a small cost to ensure the littlest guests are well-cared for.

Important Information: Seasonal Closures: Please note that the lodge is closed for one month each year during the winter months (July, and August). Please refer to the availability calendar for exact closure dates.

Check-in Policy: To ensure the safety of all our guests, we do not accept check-ins after 5:00 PM during the winter months due to the abundant wildlife on the roads, particularly from dusk onward. We recommend arriving before this time to enjoy the full beauty of the island and ensure a smooth arrival.
